From sparkly, sequined frocks to ruffles galore, it's clear Elle Fanning isn't one to shy away a major red carpet fashion moment. And in what is one of our favorite appearances of hers to date, the 18-year-old actress wore a tulle strapless gown from Marc Jacobs's resort 2017 collection to Variety's Power of Young Hollywood event on Tuesday. The dress is seriously next-level. It's studded with embroidered patches and whimsical pins including dominoes, a champagne glass, a shooting star and a female surfer. It's basically the "Where's Waldo" version of eveningwear, and it's awesome.
